Our showground facilities are a hub for the entire community. Community groups, local sports clubs, exercise classes, spinning groups and business meetings. We have a range of indoor and outdoor spaces that are available for hire at reasonable fees, including The Pavilion, The Skurr Centre, The Function Centre and the Old Secretary’s Office. If you would like to stay at the grounds in your motorhome/caravan you can register with the NZMCA and book through here. Once you book online through the NZMCA website you will be emailed a gate entrance code which is located on Coldstream Road.
Pavilion, oLD SECRETARY’S OFFICE &

The Pavilion is a large shed (30m x 15m) with toilets on site. The Pavilion is ideal for indoor markets, sports training, dog training and dancing groups.
The Old Secretary’s Office is a great little building ideal for office space hire. Desks, storage, cooking facilities, fridge and toilets within walking distance.
Sports Ground Hire - The grounds can be hired for x-country school events. A grandstand overlooks the Oval for sporting events in the Oval.

SKURR CENTRE & Function Centre bookings
The Skurr Centre is a bright new building ideal for your office meetings or conference. A projector and whiteboard are available. Kitchen and toilet facilities onsite.
The Function Centre can be hired daily. Kitchen and Toilet facilities are available.
